Great stay

This place was great. Jason was easy to communicate with, the property was well maintained and the community feel was great around the property. I would highly recommend to anyone especially traveling with kids.

Relaxing Beach Trip

This was our second stay at this location and it did t disappoint. Easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet building I which to relax for the week. Love it here!

Wonderful Condo

We had the best stay. Jason was amazing and communicated everything super well. The condo was clean and perfect for our family stay. The pool was great and the beach was a short walk across the street. We would stay again for sure :)

Spring Break

The communication with the owner leading up to and during was great! The check in process was very easy and the condo was exactly as listed and clean! Kitchen was very well stocked and the overall stay was great.

Spacious and close to all

The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was heated and clean. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. Close to beach and stores.

Beach property

The condo was a super short walk from the beach and price was very fair for its location. Pool at the condo was nice and the condo itself was very clean. Property owner was super easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Great Spot

Beautiful condo unit, owner couldn’t have been more helpful & attentive. Checked up on our needs a couple of times to make sure all was good. Nice location close to beach & public transportation. Nice pool area too.Can’t say enough good things about our stay there.

great place to stay, would def. comeback

Jason, the owner was very responsive, had trouble with access code and he was able to fix right away, did not have to chase him down. Was a pleasant place to stay, one block from the beach.

Relaxing Getaway

Great location in quiet Daytona Beach Shores area. Easy access to the beach with nice pool. Close to restaurants and grocery. Very clean and well maintained. Relaxing setting. Updated throughout. Nice large comfortable bedrooms. Easy communication with owner. Would stay again.

Great Place, Clean and Cozy!

This is a perfect place to stay for a family or small group! Everything was at it was on the listing. Clean and cozy space. The condo is just a few steps from the beach. Jason communicates very well and was always there to answer any questions! 10/10 recommend for affordable and safe place to stay by the beach!

Perfect Location

This property was conveniently located to attractions we were interested in seeing and convenient to the beach despite the hurricane taking out beach access. We were able to access across the street very easily. Clean property, nicely decorated with beach vibe. Amazingly quiet at night considering location was right on A1A. Jason was amazing, quick to answer any questions throughout stay and very helpful with sharing information about the area. Excellent stay, enjoyed by all.

Perfect getaway

This is a great condo, very clean, has everything you need. Beds super comfortable. Jason was great with communication and instructions, even had beach towels delivered to us when we found they were missing. 5 minutes and you're on the beach. Pool clean and warm. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice, clean, and beautiful. The pool was super nice and crossing to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Plus, having an ice cream shop and arcade next door was super convenient. Jason was awesome to deal with… couldn’t have asked for anyone better to deal with. Thanks so much!!!

Super convenient. Excellent host.

Somewhat older small condo building with nice pool and deck with tables and chairs. Quick walk across the street, at new crosswalk, to get to beach. Unit is perfect for home base for 3-4 adults. Nice decor, comfortable ambiance. A short drive to dining, etc in main area up the road. Two grocery stores very near unit. We would stay again. :)
