This house was very clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Nice backyard to sit and relax. The amenities were great and there were snacks & extras provided. Very nice place to stay.
Great property we rented for graduation weekend. Loved the little touches from the hosts (snack bowl, fresh kitchen sponge, laundry pods, etc.). Would stay here again!
Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean. The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again.
The property was clean and had all of the accommodations. The furniture was so beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay with this property manager again!!
Keri provided us a lovely, relaxing and comfortable rental and was extremely accomodating to our group. I would search out her properties before looking at others, she is s great host!
The Townhouse was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood does not look the best, but we did not have any issues with noise or other concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with both a kitchen and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable and we loved the lathe TVs in the living room and bedroom. Keri was very quick to respond when I had questions. I will for sure stay again.
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was smooth. Clean. Beds were good. Space was plenty. Neighborhood was pretty nice. Convenient location and parking. My only complaint that really needs to be addressed. It was a heat wave and the upstairs had to be 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. To sleep, I had to put the AC way colder than I normally would. Worked out OK, but the AC has to run a ton. Maybe a way to improve that?
Still would recommend especially for a very fair price.
Keri was quick to respond to questions we had. Parking out front was easy. She thinks of everything, even laundry pods! It’s close to everything if you are attending the WGI events.
Kerri & "Carl" went above & beyond.
We stayed here for an extended period.
Child in the ICU for 3 months.
Only 2 minor points, 1 bathroom upstairs.
And the Master does get warm when it's really hot outside. (Bring fans).
Other than THOSE MINOR things, Perfect.
