We waited over two hours for our rooms. Were told 3 times they were ready. 3d time went to rooms and the waste baskets were filled, the beds were unkept and the room, like the rest of the facility, was awful. We asked for a refund and the lady said she’d credit our charge cards.

Trash left in room from previous tenant. Blankets were paper thin and were pretty much a sheet. Ants all over the counter in the kitchen area. Workers very unprofessional. Look, this seems to be a tenant hotel, so I'm not going to be overly harsh. I booked this room two months before the solar eclipse 2024 in Dayton and I was lucky to get a room. This is a budget hotel. The staff is not attentive, if they are at the desk at all. The hallways are not clean. The bed is not comfortable. However, the room was reasonably clean, the shower water was hot, and there was coffee in the lobby every morning. I paid $150 a night but I see rates are down to $53. At $53, this hotel is a bargain. It is within walking distance of near everything you could possibly need, including a Walmart. At regular prices, I'd recommend it. Bug control: I am paranoid about bugs, especially bedbugs, so I don't move anything into a room without doing an inspection. This hotel was clean. The mattress, while thin and uncomfortable, was new and didn't have bugs - I took all the sheets off and inspected with a UV flashlight. The hotel didn't have any bugs that I saw during the two days I was there. Top notch work on the hotel's part for bug control. My room had a full kitchen sink, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, two electric stove-top burners, enough counter space to cook dinner for four people, and a desk. The toilet stayed clogged the whole way 3 days we stayed. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper, towels, shampoo, everything ! And there was no remote. Had to go get that too! Will never stay there again

Worst hotel/stay I have every experienced in my life. 3rd floor was under construction, with paint smell everywhere, and power tools constantly being used during the day. The elevator looks more like a cargo elevator, elevator floor was all chewed up, TV/internet service was awful, having to endure hours of loading screens when using the internet. I was not even able to work from this location due the quality of their internet. I will never purchase a room through Expedia again, it's more than obvious you all had no idea what I was walking into...the whole place smelled like Weed, people smoking it all over the properly. I was embarrassed to have had my fiance stay their with me.

Terrified
Many vagrants and homeless stay here. Parking lot was littered with broken liquor bottles and beer bottles. Room smelled so stringent with cleaner that my eyes watered and I had to open the windows ( which when opened, the weather stripping was dangling). I will never stay here again and strongly advise you don’t either!
