Stains and dust everywhere from the pillows to the floor to the ceilings, not to mention mold in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for me being on a budget I would have immediately got another hotel. 「Great hotel and wonderful staff」

「The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice large shower! However, when we came in for breakfast at 8:30 am, although the end of service was scheduled for 9:am. Not much food was left, no waffle making mix, nor apples or oranges only one slice of bread left and no staff to replenish missing food items. We noticed that a large group of workers were staying at the hotel and might have helped themselves for take out?! Next day of our stay I realized that I had forgotten my 2 jackets in our room...
