Brand new fully furnished studio apartment centrally located in the heart of downtown Davenport. This luxury studio is right across from the historic Freight House Farmers Market and close to many great bars, breweries and restaurants. Davenport is know for having great food, a fun night life, and activities for all. You have to check out the outdoor patio overlooking the Mississippi River with fire pit and outdoor TV.

Fun loft in downtown location
This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. Also remember the train runs along the river very frequently. And this train has a very loud and long blowing whistle. Even with the windows and door closed you hear it. Know if you book this place you will hear the train, motorcycles and cars. But that comes with being downtown. The convenience of the location outweighed the noise for me.

Great view of the river. Downtown traffic and train can be a bit noisy but being able to walk to everything made it worth it.

Fantastic!
What a great apartment with a wonderful view! It was spotless, comfortable, and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed Front Street Brewing and Taproom and Sippi's being so close. Parking was easy and convenient. The owners were flexible, kind, and commincative. 100% recommend!

Great place!
This place was amazing! Great views from the room and rooftop! Loved the location because we went to two river bandit games and walked there! Walked to restaurants as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot
Needed a place to stay as an internship in Davenport was beginning. Great location downtown, very clean and modern. Great rooftop patio to relax and enjoy the views. Absolutely perfect, thanks.
