This property was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean. Six bedrooms, each with a bathroom were all upstairs, but somehow everyone still had privacy. From start to finish the host’s communication was timely, accommodating, and helpful. I’ll be returning next summer and hope this property is available when I’m ready to book. The proximity to SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens worked perfectly for us.

気になった点 : ロケーション
Place was great. Pictures of pool table and basketball are much better than in person. Way too hot to hang out in the garage. House was very nice except for the cockroaches we were welcomed by each night we got back and turned the kitchen lights on. Way too many cockroaches and bugs to be random.

Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and well kept - nicest rental I have ever stayed in. All six kids loved the pool and game room. Great area with lots of friendly neighbors. The only negative was that the beds are very creaky, which woke us up.

Very satisfied with the booking process& communication from the owner. All was as expected, especially when I came across with an issue with the BBQ grill and the owner replaced it within the hour. That was amazing and very grateful for that.

Juan was very responsive & accommodating. House was clean & cozy. Lots of things such as plenty of towels, pool floats, dishes, etc that most places don't provide. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect family vacation Home

Me and my family do an annual Florida trip and this Joe was perfect for everyone. Every room has their own bathroom, very clean and spacious. We had a minor issue with the pool but the owner was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you
