2 Bedrooms fully furnished condo unit @ Verdon Parc belvedere It's located 10 minutes walk to S&M Ecoland (shops, restaurants , money / currency changer, banks, bookstore, grocery, movie theaters, coffee shops , & others). It's a unit with floor to ceiling huge windows in the master Bedroom. Gated with 24 hours security. Available for short term or long term rental.
The space
Our place is a 2 bedroom / 48.5 sq. meter . It can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests with full size sofa in the living room, & double bed size bed in the master bedroom plus sofa bed in second bedroom . But can fit a 5-6 guest on twin size inflatable raised air mattress plus a single one as well. The place is fully airconditioned both bedroom, & kitchen / living room areas.

A condo living in a hotel like setting. Front desk / reception is staffed 24 hrs, they can call a cab for you while waiting in the beautifully decorated & airconditioned lobby.

Kitchen:
Equipped with built in 4 burners electric range full size , range hood, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, pots / pans, dinnerware sets, & other utensils.


Bathroom:
sink water, & heated shower. Initial supply of toiletries & towels will be provided, but will not be replenished during your stay. Washer with dryer is available inside the unit, and initial supply of detergent is also provided.

Private Laundry area:
Washer / dryer inside the unit.

We offer weekly (7 days or more) discount of 8%, and monthly (28 days or more) discount of 10%.

Guest access

It has 4 swimming pools: full size pool , jacuzzi style & a children’s pool. Guest can use the pool for a nominal fee of P200.00 per person per use. It has a children play area (swing / slides), & lush garden on the top floor . It has a gym, but its use is restricted to property owners or to long term leasee of the property. Please ask Pmo for more information if you wish to use gym .
