As you step inside, you're greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The living room's cozy sectional and armchairs are arranged to face a large 75-inch smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or pool. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an oven with the Air-Fryer Feature. Kitchen bar equipped with four barstools, and a dining table that seats an additional four guests makes dining at home a breeze.
The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the opposite side of the hallway, you'll find a second bedroom featuring a queen bed, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom, perfect for families or children, includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, as well as a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Step outside onto the spacious back porch where your private paradise awaits. The screened-in porch features a 65-inch smart TV, a dining table, and ceiling fans, creating an ideal spot to enjoy meals outdoors or relax in the shade while staying cool. Beyond the screened area, the expansive deck wraps around a private pool with plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun. The pool area is complete with a Bluetooth speaker and a pool temperature monitor for a perfectly tailored outdoor experience. The pool is heated.
