Directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful home offers terrific views of the water. Every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom, perfect to accommodate a family with growing kids! Outside, the huge, partially covered deck is the perfect place for listening to the waves crash in. The deck on the front of the house also has furniture and offers views of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. Underneath the house is plenty of parking, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

What's nearby:
Just walk out the back door and enjoy the beach! For guests looking for a day trip, Historic Fort Gaines is just five and a half miles away. Come during September for the annual Massacre Island pirate event! Quality restaurants can be found all over the island, including local favorites Miguel's Beach'n Baja and the Lighthouse Bakery (both within three-and-a-half miles of this home).

Awesome Property

We've stayed at several different properties on Dauphin Island and this was by far the best maintained and it was extremely clean. The living room was a little small especially for larger families but it is manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you might need. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. We loved the huge deck and lounge chairs and rockers. What a great way to start and end your day watching the sunrise and sunset.

The beach house was very nice and Vacasa was very responsive when the weather changed abruptly and we needed a technician to come and check the furnace. Lovely decor, and even better views!

Wonderful stay with in-laws. Right on the beach and the view can’t be beat. Each room has an en-suite and a toilet by the front door. Neighbors have no concept of personal space, though. Will use your beach space if they want and let their dogs poop and not pick it up. Being so close to neighbors is the only negative. There was no heat so we had to buy a heater to warm our in-laws. They have pretty much everything you need minus a few paper goods and cleaning supplies. The water pressure is awful! Don’t expect any kind of pressure-you’ve been warned lol. But the view makes up for it ! You’ll see dolphins and OMG there was FOX that came up to us and seemed so tame. I’ve never petted a fox so it was a dream come true. I do recommend this rental!

Beautiful house but could have been cleaner. Dead roaches scattered throughout. Hairs in sink and shower. Countertops and microwave had food on and in them. My wife spent the first 30 minutes cleaning. Living area is smaller than expected. The 10 digit door code was problematic. The deck was nice and the location cant be beat.

Wonderful Home in Dauphin Island

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean and the location was perfect. Each room is very spacious with their own bathrooms. The only thing that could have been better was if the living area wasn't set up so awkward. You can't watch the tv from the angles where the couches are placed directly under, but if you're like us we go to the beach to be on the beach and not in front of a tv. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beachfront Home!

The house and location was wonderful. The bedrooms are very spacious and each have their own bath which was very convenient. The only downside was the living area which was set up very awkward and you can't really watch tv due to the angle and couch set up, but it wasn't an issue for us since we stayed on the beach or out enjoying the small town. Would definitely stay here again though!

Comfortable home in a great location.

The house is lovely, with great beach access. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. The only things folks should know is that the communal living space is fairly small, and watching TV in the living room a bit awkward and uncomfortable; and the deck overhang is not deep and does not provide complete shade if that is a priority.

NICE HOUSE BUT…

WE LOVED THE LOCATION. WE STAY AT DAUPHIN ISLAND EVERY YEAR. THIS HOUSE WAS NICE BUT WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES. THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE SO FOR THIS REASON WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN. FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING WATCHED THE ENTIRE TIME. THE HOUSE BESIDE US HAD BURNT EARLIER IN THE YEAR SO OUR SAND WAS BLACK. BUGS IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND THE KITCHEN. LACK OF HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS. THE BEDS WERE SO HARD IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AND PILLOWS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON COTTON BALLS SO WE BOUGHT OUR OWN.

Beautiful but not worth the troubles or cost! Dont stay here!

This was a beautiful home but not for the cost we paid to have so many issues. No HOT water, NO HEAT! no water pressure and dish washer broken! I shouldn’t have to boil water so I can hand wash dishes when I paid for working amenities! And when communicating with VACASA they were not helpful. The property manager said he was getting keys and never came back or called. I really think I need to be refund some of my funds!
