"Terrible experience FAKE REVIEWS We were checked into a room with - a thick layer of dust on all surface areas - a dirty food stained napkin and a pubic hair at the coffee station - the bed was made but the sheets were not changed - on the sheets we found pubic hair, body hair, body fluid stains, glitter and hair like someone had a hat cut in the bed There was dried blood on the door frame and above the washroom trash can The toilet had not been cleaned Of course I went to the front desk and the staff asked me to show the cleaner what needed to be cleaned I was not comfortable to do this as I felt it was not appropriate for a guest to direct cleaning staff. Nor should it be my job to ensure the room is clean. We checked out and had to find a new hotel. Only to find that they charged my card for the full 4 nights and refused to approve a refund to Expedia. Then - when I called - the manager spoke on and on about ensuring me the room was removed from being offered to guests and they were investigating what happened. To me it was clear what happened. I don’t care about the room or an investigation- I wanted a refund. The manager then asked me to help her with a surveillance issue / that after we checked out someone damaged the door frame. I was like / what ?? Why are you asking me this? Then I realized it was for the purpose of accusing us of the damage to refuse a refund. A scam. A fraud. A horrible hotel. "

He arranged airport transportation, met us at the cottage and provided some great recommendations for our stay. We quickly felt like we were staying in a dear friend's cottage! "

"This is a lovely property with spectacular views. Our room was spotless and we were welcomed warmly with help with our bags and information to help us settle in. A couple of considerations when staying there before the busy season starts: The ferries do not run on the weekend at this time so you will need to take taxis. Some businesses are running on a reduced hours schedule. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Natalie is a great host. The place was even better than described. The views were amazing. Location is excellent and the apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Our host greeted us on arrival and had even provided some basics to get us started. The bus stops right in front of Marley Beach road, also. Truly is a bit of heaven!"

"Thomasina was excellent in correspondence. Home is located in remote area without a car in off season. Very little light in home. Family compound so know relatives of owner are next to and in home across the way. "
