"A short stay between layovers for two adults in a queen room. Male staff member on the front desk at 1am was pleasant and efficient. The room was as described online: simple and clean but unfortunately the surrounding noise from neighbouring rooms and cars made for a disruptive sleep constantly. The walls are extremely thin so every sound travels the windows are not soundproofed. Overall ok for a few hours."

"This is a lovely B&B. It is an easy 20 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, yet so quiet and peaceful. Andrew and Christine are very welcoming hosts and we enjoyed our conversation over breakfast. The guests’ lounge is comfortable and guests can make hot drinks at any time. Set in beautiful gardens. Highly recommended."
