「We stayed here overnight after arriving in Belize, as a jump off point for our snorkeling trip out at Glover’s Atoll. Staff lovely, property inside and out is very nice. Highly recommend to other travelers if they need a night to stay someplace en route on their journey. 」

「I loved this property as it was in the heart of the Garifuna culture. Once you get your bearings and just smile and walk the street and beach, you find amazingly friendly people. The room was simple and functional with a large balcony overlooking the street and beach. Drums banged away until 9PM and stopped sharply. 「First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!」

「Blue Moon Cabana is as described in its online advertising. Very well kept with no mechanical issues. Also well provisioned with kitchen equipment and other necessities. It is not resort-like. You are in the center of the town, You will have lots of contact with the local residents. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. 「My wife and I stayed May 6 through May 11th at Almond Beach and had the beach cottage. We loved being steps from the beach with our own deck. The room was large and inviting. We used our outside shower the entire time preferring the breeze and sound of the ocean day and night. The ceiling fan didn’t work and the housekeeper brought us a stand up fan which was great.
