All trash must be bagged. Our cleaner takes only the bags, not the outdoor trash cans. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 FOR LOOSE TRASH.
Indoor jetted tubs are not available for use. They will be removed in the future. A large outdoor hot tub is located on the deck.
Undeclared pets may result in a fee of $100 plus the regular pet fee. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
