Come and relax in our ocean view home situated in a 24 hour guarded and gated community in the desirable Monarch Beach area of Dana Point. This fully furnished three bedroom, two and one half bath home features nearly 180 degree “sit down views” of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Without lifting your head off of your pillow in the morning, you can watch the sail boats just off Salt Creek Beach while overlooking the famed Monarch Beach golf course. A one mile downhill walk or two minute drive to ample public parking will have you on the beach for walking, surfing or soaking up the rays – but with the views and at hand comforts in this house, you may not even want to leave! 30 day minimum stay.
