Neighbor in next unit has dog she can't control and gets into screaming matches with family members. Property Manager inappropriate with responses. Great location and friendly owners. "A nice apartment style place overlooking the ocean at Doheny State Beach. PCH is between the place and the beach, so it’s a busy road that you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the beach camping area. Drive a few minutes to the beach just north and enjoy the sand. Can rent surfboards there. Very clean and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. Also nice jacuzzi!"
