Clean hotel, decent overall value.

Clean hotel. Good value versus other choices in the area. Easy on off from Interstate. Lots of food choices in area. Only knock was free breakfast was poor.

Great Staff

This hotel has a terrific staff that is well managed. I go and ask for something (towels, shampoo, etc) and they spring into action! It is very obvious that this hotel truly cares about their guests and their comfort. Highly recommended!

Shelly was so nice! Every member of staff is very respectful. I have seen the efforts of the staff and I got the sense of proper management and accountability when issues arise.

Some of the staff here are truly great, even while working through a few hurdles. The manager clearly cares and puts in a lot of effort to support the team and ensure guests feel welcome

Check in was a breeze. Bridgett the receptionist was and always is very helpful and knowledgeable. The housekeeper was also friendly upon checking out she asked if I needed extra linens

Very noisy, with frequent sirens waking me up daily. Room service staff don’t speak English but are excellent and helpful. The front desk, however, offers excuses instead of assistance.

Room was good but tv was confusing to work. The remote only worked if you manually turned the tv on and put it on the right input but other than that it was just fine for a night away from the kids
