We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean and comfortable. Our FAVORITE part was breakfast. I believe her name was Maria. She was wonderful, everything was delicious and clean. The elevator was a little old and "scary". There was no smell in the rooms and you could tell they are very well kept. The actual restroom is small but they are clean and don't really have complaints. Overall we loved are stay and would definitley stay again.

First time visiting Dallas Tx….Horrible stay! The pool was down all weekend which was the number one reason we decided to book here! Our room was infested with baby ants and the first night there the sink closest to the bathroom was stopped up so we had to use the kitchen sink until maintenance arrived the next day! I highly, advised for anyone looking for a nice well kept hotel to NOT book here! I most definitely, would never stay at this property again…. And the MGR Sima, was absolutely useless.!

The property is older but for the price its excellent. It really could use an update. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They made us feel like they cared about our needs! Breakfast was better than most hotels. Over all great stay. Will stay again. Best bang for your buck.

Room was very nice and even better than I expected. Beds and pillows were extra comfy. I loved having 2 separate bedrooms as I was travelling with a snorer. Best 2 nights sleep I've had in a while. Nice small breakfast, just enough. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was what we expected for an older hotel. We had an issue with one lady at the front desk dot wanting to service our handicapped daughters bed because we were “extended stay” and the pool was not maintained so that was a disappointment as well.

Our stay at the hotel was eventful with air conditioning water on the carpet in the room 141 overnight . We reached out to front desk team and they came checked it. We were moved to room 143, the worst happened, when we were sleeping cockroach flew on my head, I killed it and call the front desk, I took the pictures of the cockroach , the guy from the front desk came and apologized. The manager did not call me until afternoon the second day. I was furious and unhappy. The front desk staff requested they refund few days for the uncomfortable situation but the manager refused. The manager is more concerned about the money not the customers. We were there for 8 days.

The room has carpet. Old and very stained carpet; pretty gross, actually. That carpet is years past due for a rip out and replacement with a hard, non-permeable floor covering. The pool was murky. Unclean, unhealthy, and unsafe looking. NO ONE got in it except for a small family who gave the impression of being fresh from Deliverance world; maybe they had never seen a swimming pool before and didn't realize that the water looked unpleasant and was a threat. /////// The work out room had no working AC. It was about 95 degrees; working out in there could lead to sudden death. ///// All of the staff were very good. The breakfast was pretty standard, which is pretty good enough. And the worker there kept the area absolutely spotless.

Wifi was spotty. Pool dirty. Tac strips exposed on the floor. Not enough pillows and towels for everyone in the hotel. We went and bought our own towels. Had to argue to get pillows for the kids pull out couch. They also said it was thin. Just know that the pictures are not what’s there. $600 will definitely get you something better. Don’t waste your time. (Kitchen and cleaning staff were great! This review has nothing to do with them!!)

Everything was pleasant. Just didn't agreed with pool being cleaned and closed on a Saturday. Could have picked a better day to do that. My kids were very disappointed especially after a very long hot day at the baseball field.
