Part of the parking is gated, very helpful. Front desk people were fine. Room smelled heavily of a masking scent. Room was icky, a/c louder than normal, lots of incoming light around the door and curtains.

The front desk staff during the day was rude. On the day I was supposed to check out, i had gotten the timing wrong. Some man came and knocked on my door and demanded i go to the front office to n pay or give him my CC so he could pay for me! I told him absolutely not. 20 min later i received a phone call from the front desk demanding i go pay. When i went up there she told me i was supposed to check out that day. I told her i was mostaken and how much would it be? It was only noon at this time. She told me it would be $80 instead of offering a late check out. I work night shifts so i was tired and didnt think about it till later

There were roaches in the room. They were doing remodeling and woke us early in the morning to move our vehicles. Also, early on Sunday morning someone was using a blower right by our window and woke us up. I asked that the manager call me when we checked out. That was Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday, and I still have not received a call. Do not stay here.

There was blood on the sheets and no spare sheets. Our room didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. We asked for a nonsmoking room and they didn’t have any. The property was loud until about 12 in the morning. There were large groups of teenagers just gathering all over the property, drinking, smoking, and just being loud.

The security guard harassed my friend. He told my bf he couldn’t sit outside on his car but one night we made it back to the room it looked like they was having a block party. The room was nasty. The bathtub did not drain when we showered. It was ghetto. People living there. All the towels are stained. The bedding was stained.
The shower with hair clogged from previous guests. Tub would not drain.

Extended stay guest. This place has been wonderful. Quiet rooms with stores nearby. Beds seem to be new and very comfy. Staff has been very delightful and courteous as well as gratefully been willing to work with us and be understanding. Employs overnight security who monitors parking lot. Unfortunately, one very discerning issue occurred as it appears our privacy was violated and given to a third party without provided permission.Though a major problem, this was the single instance of dissatisfaction and haven't had any other issues before or since.
