Welcome to our cozy and centrally located, 4 bedroom and 2.5 baths home in Plano, Tx. This is a 2 story, 2511 square ft house with a big backyard.

Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 10 guests. Great for bigger parties.

Bad communication
The host put more than 8 hours to answer our questions and put us in a very uncomfortable situation. For the rest we can't say anything as we finally didn't come in the house and it was too late to gate any rewards which is very difficult and unfair when you are a family with 3 kids and 1 baby! But it is part of one of our mistake so the host is not to blame for all of it!

The worst vacation rental experience I have ever had.
THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. There were bugs everywhere. Some dead and some alive. The listing states that the home was newly renovated. I'm not sure when, where or what was renovated but this house was NOT "newly" renovated. (The day I filed a complaint they changed the listing title.)The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are broken and dilapidated. There are holes in the wall. The steps are leaning on an angle. The windows ledges had peeling paint and mold around them. The furniture is stained and dingy. The bedsheets and comforter don't smell or look clean. There are blood stains on the mattress cover and sheets. Someone's hair was throughout the place. The house is not very clean in total. The kitchen is not somewhere I would cook or eat. The refrigerator and freezer have hair, spills, stains and dead bugs in them. The Keurig machine has mold on the water tank lid. The dishwasher has a bad odor. Some of the dishes in the cabinets are dirty, dingy and stained. I messaged the owner and chatted with vrbo the night I checked in. I was deeply disturbed by the listing description compared to the reality of the home. The owner did not respond until late the next day. I was on with VRBO who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. Told me it was all cosmetic. I took pictures of everything. Mold is health not cosmetics. I called vrbo 6 times. I was on hold with them for over 50 minutes each time. 3 times they hung up on me. Sent an email apologizing that we were disconnected.(1)

Terrible Accommodations. GERMAN COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE
As soon as we walked in, you could notice the floors were not cleaned. We pulled sheets back to chwck beds and they were already slept in and had hair everywhere. The bathroom had someone elses preused personal care items and the couch was made up like someone was already staying there. The biggest NO for us was when we turned the light on in the kitchen GERMAN COCKROACHES ran everywhere on the counters. We immediately left and never stayed. It was DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Nice Stay - Great Value
The property and location was perfect for what we were looking for during our family's stay. There were 7 of us so the 4 bedrooms were perfect. The house had everything we needed for our stay as we were low maintenance and spent most of the time exploring and/or with our family from Texas. The only real negative for us was the thermostat situation. You have to contact the property manager to make any changes. Fortunately for us, the response was pretty quick. It was warm in the house when we got there and the first night sleeping was a little uncomfortable for us as our family needs it cooler to sleep. There was a system error and the system needed repair but fortunately for us the weather temps dropped and it was not an issue. I would assume this got fixed after we left. Unexpected and can't be controlled so understandable, but would be nice to be able to control temps on the fly. The only discrepancy in the listing in my opinion is that I would not consider this "newly renovated". While it was perfectly fine for us (as I said we are low maintenance), there were definitely areas that could be refreshed but overall it was a pleasant stay and the owner was very responsive! I would stay here again if I have the need to.

Perfect location
Our stay was very pleasant. The house was spacious and easy to access. We were in town for a funeral and had plenty of room for our entire family to stay together. I would be glad to stay here for a future family event!

Description not accurate
This property is not newly renovated. The floors were sticky and the paint on the cabinets were peeling. The rugs and sofas had stains on them and we could tell the coffee table hadnt been cleaned. There is a rather large cleaning fee attached so I expected it to be clean. There was also a note stating that you couldn't touch the thermostat and to reach out to the owner to adjust it. I did reach out and he never responded.

Great property!
We rented this property briefly while we were remodeling our home. It was our second rental for the same purpose. While we enjoyed our stay, the only things lacking were updated kitchen appliances and utensils.

This is a very nice house. It is not really 5 bedroom because one is just a futon bed in the office. The loft overlooking the living is nice. Pong table was great for the kids.

I agree with the other reviews that note the property could use a good, deep clean and a little TLC. It’s definitely a rental property, but I think it’s well priced for what it is. I think the only thing really would’ve liked to see was the floors mopped more thoroughly before we arrived. 1. The property manager was super nice and accommodating when I asked for last minute late checkout. I dropped the ball by forgetting to discuss it with them earlier and I really appreciated their responding to my request and being flexible. 2. The house could use repainting and there are multiple holes/dings in walls from doors and possible previously hung items. It didn’t bother me, but I mention it to set expectations. 3. The kitchen had a decent number of pans an eclectic collection of other essentials. Well enough equipped for casual cooking, but I wouldn’t plan anything extensive. Had an air fryer and K-cup. The grill was working and had propane, which was great. 4. The house had some nice touches and cute furnishings. Loved the strung lights in the backyard, though we didn’t spend a ton of time out there. They have multiple workspaces set up throughout the house that could definitely be useful. Ping pong table was a fun addition for sure! 6. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. 7. I love finding places that can accommodate gatherings! I hosted a ladies night/moms night out & appreciated the spaciousness of the house for hosting. It worked out well!

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed ourselves and the fun didn't end when we went back to the vrbo. My teenager and young adult children played ping pong til the early morning hours. We had a blast and everything was very clean. The only thing I could complain about was the trash bends outside had no room to put the trash in and there were maggots in them, but that is because the trash pick up was not until Thursday. There are holes in the walls and some have been patched, but the only thing that was slightly scary was the bannister for the stairs. Thank you and yes I would stay again.

Conference Weekend
Friends and I stayed at this house for a weekend while attending a conference at the Hope Center which was only 10 minutes away. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect landing spot for our group. I would rent it again.

Good deal
The location of the home is great. It’s quiet, yet near highways and many restaurants and stores. We had great communication with the host. The home is spacious and well laid out. We’ve stayed in many vrbo and this one is the first one I’d say could use a deep spring cleaning. (Fans, walls, floorboards, kitchen shelves) The kitchen organization and kitchenware leave a lot to be desired. We may have just missed lawn day, but the lawn desperately needed mowing. With all this said, it’s a very fair price for what you do get.

5 days in plano
This house has good potential but is not ready to be a vacation rental. It looks like a family moved out of it after many years, and it was turned into a vrbo without any deep cleaning. It has new carpet and new clean bedding so that part is good. I've never submitted a complaint or suggestions for improvement before, and I travel 4x a year minimum, but this one needs a lot of work to be ready for renting so maybe this will help the owner improve it. Master shower low water pressure. Upstairs bath/shower doesn't drain. Half bath toilet doesn't flush well. No hand towels, no kitchen towels or dishcloths, no washcloths. Very dirty except for surface cleaning (which was done), in great need of a deep cleaning, including fridge, oven, banister handrail, all cupboards and doors and drawers, and baseboards, and blinds. We actually cleaned the light switches ourselves since we had to touch them daily. No TV, can't watch news or regular channels at all. No hairdryers. The owner didn't respond to texts on the provided number. Holes in walls and old hardware still on walls where it probably broke off.
