THE HISTORIC VICTORIAN HIDEAWAY - WITH SKYLINE VIEWS!! BEST LOCATION IN UPTOWN!!

  • This is the entire second floor of this historic Victorian home. It has a private entrance and parking. The bottom floor is occupied by an attorney during normal business hours.
    When u walk up the stairs to the unit you will be mesmerized by its old world charm. This home is over 100 years old built in 1921. The home has been beautifully restored. Beautiful vaulted ceilings in the bedroom & living room. Gourmet kitchen with everything u need to cook a 5 star meal. There is a full coffee/tea bar with wide a selection. U will be walking distance to all of the best restaurants & bars. Best location & amazing skyline views. You have access to the courtyard and are welcome to use the picnic table. Easy to find location with plenty of street parking. Whole foods is less then a block away and there are many cute coffee shops and cafes. There is even a yoga studio near by. This is a historic Dallas neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous historic homes. You wont wanna leave!!
