We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for our group. Upon arrival they told us it was not available due to a water leak and could only offer a standard room as a replacement. This did not work for our group and so we cancelled and moved to another hotel. Then they had the nerve to fight us for our refund, stating it was their policy not to refund if the cancellation is not made prior to the stay. They called to verify that we were still coming, but never bothered to tell us that the suite was unavailable. Very poor business practices!
