Limited staff. Went to take a shower and there was no body wash. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone with body wash. Waited over 10 minutes, nothing. Called the front desk and housekeeping and no answer. Called both numbers for over 5 minutes. Finally sent my husband down to get some body wash. Was given samples and no apologies or why no one ever showed up or answered the phone. Also it’s called price gouging when a place of business is selling a very small bag of chips for $4! Wow!! The facilities were nice but don’t think I will be returning. Plus they need more staff and housekeeping.

Josie checked us in and was very friendly. Our room was clean and presentable. The environment was always quiet around 10 PM when we would go back to the hotel.

The bartender was amazing. Stayed a little late for a wedding party and he was so fun and had a great attitude! Our room however was so HOT.. we woke up sweating multiple times throughout the night. Couldn’t get the AC fan to stay on and didn’t seem to cool off at all

First, the parking here is horrible. You can either pay $25 a day for valet or $22 a day for a parking garage. This parking garage is located behind the hotel. There is absolutely zero parking in front of the hotel for you to unload or anything. It is all valet and if you park there to unload you are blocking valet and while they told us we could park there for a few minutes, they didn't seem happy about it. So, we didn't bother them with that and parked a block behind the hotel to go check in. Desk staff was amazing. They were amazing the whole time. We check in and then go to the parking garage. We drive a Chevy trail boss. The parking area for a vehicle this height was limited to about 10 spaces which were all full of tiny vehicles that could have parked on the next level where the larger vehicles couldn't fit. We were forced to either park in a handicapped spot or a tow away zone. Luckily, I think they saw we had no other choice for a parking spot and we didn't get ticketed. Thank goodness because we had already paid our $50 for parking in this garage ($22 a night plus fees). Hindsight, we would have used valet. Now to the hotel. After inconveniently hauling our two days worth of luggage from the back of the hotel to the front because goodness forbid they put an entrance to the hotel in the back of the hotel for the parking garage-we made it inside. We relax in our room and then decide to clean up before we head out for a night on the town. No hot water. BEWARE!

water pressure?
The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable and the bed slept great. The shower was a luxurious walk in, however, the water pressure was comically non-existent. I had to cup my hands under the trickle and then splash myself to get rinsed off. It was a one-night stay otherwise I would have requested a different room. Paying for parking and breakfast not included are bummers that raise the price of the stay, but, all in, I would gladly stay here again.

Hilton Canopy
I didn't realize there was a $22 self park fee or a $25 valet parking fee, which was disappointing on arrival. I thought I was getting a great rate until I realized I had missed the parking fee. In our room we were only given 2 towels and the refillable body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. It was raining when we were leaving and we had left home without an umbrella. I was shocked that the umbrella they sold in the lobby was $30. Other than those items, the hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. I would consider a stay here again, but would anticipate the parking fee and consider it with the rate when comparing to other local hotels.

There was no hot water, and the Keurig did not work properly. I went downstairs around 6am to get coffee, no one was at the front desk, and coffee is not served until 6:30am.

Not great
The staff was very friendly and the location is great but that’s not enough to make up for the fact that my room was dirty, my bed was uncomfortable and the walls are so thin that I was woken up multiple times by the people in the neighboring room who decided to have an after party at 1am. At $250 a night, that was definitely an underwhelming experience.

Nearly everything about this new hotel was excellent. My only two concerns were self-parking was quite a walk in bad weather, and the only breakfast option was expensive on site with no other options nearby.
