A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.

This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

Check-in instructions are released once the deposit is completed..



🏢 Clubhouse Policy



❌ The clubhouse is reserved for residents only.

❌ No parties or gatherings permitted.

⚠️ Unauthorized use will result in a $1,000 fine charged to the responsible guest.



✅Self Check-In – Enter building via intercom (codes shall be provided upon check-in) → use Schlage smart lock (unit-specific code) for door entry .

✅ Please observe quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM)

✅ Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only; no interior recording devices.

✅ Non-recording noise monitor in hallway ensures peaceful stays.

✅ Smoke and CO detectors installed throughout the unit for safety.



🐾 Pets:



✔️ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Stays 7-15 days: $150 flat rate pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $300 pet fee; per month; per stay
