Our room's lights ended up blinking a lot, but the room itself was decent for the nights we stayed. The hallway did smell funny but we were on the laundry level. It's a decent place for the price.

Had reservation for two nights. Air cond would not run due to unit needing a capacitor for the compressor motor. Water leak on toilet shut off. Tank fed with solid tubing instead of flexible. Placed ice bucket to collect water drip, needed to be emptyed every two hours. TV remote wold not work, rotated batteries to make contact, worked fine after that. Loved the handicap shower. Nice bed slept very well. No microwave but refrigerator was cold. Good ice machine. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when passing thru. Priced very reasonable and clean.

People that stay there just throw their garbage in the parking lot, and it just makes things harder on the staff. Please people, there is a dumpster in the parking lot, and cans by the doors. Use them!

This place was the worst place i had ever stayed. I would have rather stayed in Evansville on the south side. It was over priced and dirty as hell hair everywhere (shower toilet tv bed and in the mini refrigerator) please don't sleep in the beds you might get pregnant it was so nasty but i got new bedding and i had to put them on, the guy staying across from me had so much foot traffic and then he acted like he was going to try and kick the door in. The whole experience was very unsafe for me and my pups never again will we stay their.

Room was cold with no way to adjust temperature and sheets had stains. No coffee pot We asked for a room with a microwave and the first room didn’t have one. The second room -the lights didn’t work in the bathroom. The third room is where we stayed. The desk person although he accommodated our needs was not very friendly or apologetic for our concerns

Not what I expected
When I checked in, i was given a double room instead of the King i reserved. The door handle was upside down. So you pulles up vs down to open. Difficult to open. The lights above rhe beds did not work. The towels were dingy and smelled like smoke.

The front desk rep was not hospitable. Very short and rude and had a pissed off attitude. I specifically asked for a handicapped room and I get here after it being confirmed that it was mine and she says it's no longer available. I'm then placed in a room double the price. I only agreed aa the room is on the first floor with a jetted tub. We go and take our belongings to the room and the air vent panel is bent up like someone tried to access it with a crow bar, the bathroom has black mold growing by the tub that looks as if it had been painted over, the comforters have stains and the room smells of weed. I've already paid at this point so I knew I had to suck it up. I take a shower, the water pressure is great, however my bf brought to my attention that the tub is leaking water all out of it on to the floor so I quickly get out. So much for using the jetted tub. They have dish network for entertainment, the ice machines are broke on EVERY floor, the surrounding property is gravel, barren, and desolute looking. The beds are hard at least the sheets appeared clean. The back door to the 100 hallway has been left open all night and yelling can be heard easily in other rooms and halls. I give the hotel an overall 3/10-- bedding is updated, shower pressure is good, good tv lineup selection and available towels, cloths etc. I won't be back to this motel 6 however, I should have gone down the road and paid the same rate for a nicer room and location.

Hotel Scum
When we first arrived at the hotel we kindly gave our name to the front desk she found our name but wanted to argue that no payments had been made until we gave her the confirmation number. I was able to show her record of the already purchased room. charge for our stay but i said we already paid. The room had very bad shades to block light from coming in the room. While trying to sleep there was too much light that came in the room even with the curtains drawn. It was lit up like a football statum. No hygiene products in the room. No place to sit outside to accommodate those who want to enjoy the night air. I tried to sit in the pool area because that was the only place with chairs to sit outside. I had no intentions to swim because the pool was nasty it had green algae. I was demanded to leave because the pool area was closed. I told the hotel personnel that there was no other place to sit, and he was very rude and just kept repeating the pool was closed i had to leave. No ice and the mini fridge didn't work so i had nothing to drink because the vending machine took my money. Overall I wont recommend anyone to stay.

When does pool open?
Stayed on a Saturday night. Wanted to swim before we had to check out so asked front desk said pool opened at 9am. Went out and it was still locked so asked front desk and said it didn’t open till 10am. Had to leave and pool still was locked at 10:20 am.

Rude front desk staff. Woke to take a nice shower before continuing on my trip and found the shower didn’t work and there was no water pressure in the faucet. When I told the staff upon check out I got a rude, indifferent attitude. Won’t go there again

Yikes.
Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Took 15 minutes to get someone to come to check us in. The elevator was down. Our room was on the 3rd floor. No ice machine on the second or third floors. The shower screeched when you turned it on land the water pressure was very poor. This hotel allows pets. The amount of animal hair in the carpets in the lobby and stairwell was disgusting. Next time I’ll spend the extra 50$ and stay across the street at the Other hotel.

room next to us was up all night being loud & disrespectful for anyone who was trying to sleep. Dogs in the bathroom barking all night long. very unsatisfied. ended up leaving a day earlier than expected as none of us were able to sleep the first night. hallways had trash & linen in them. elevator was broken so we were made to take the stairs, at check in lady stated that no first floor rooms avaliable & made aware that elevator was broken & stated that we had to take the stairs or check in somewhere else. i had already booked this room, wasn't going anywhere else. Stairwells were full of trash & dead bugs. very unclean on their part.

Well it was what it was. We chose this hotel since many hotels now do 100 dollar pet deposits plus per pet per night fees which doubles or more the cost. However next time i think I'd rather just go camping. Our room had ants on the floor. The trim on the wall was peeling off. Toilet seat was round on an elongated bowl. I should have take pics. But if you just need a spot to crash this place suffices

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Only hotel available near Lincoln farm. Air con was cold and they allowed dogs. Back door was broken and I asked staff member if they’d lock it at night and she says no, so it felt unsafe. Also had ants in the room and a roach in the bathroom. Gross. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Roach I killed in bathroom.  Yuck.
