Enjoy dining indoors on the picnic-style table or outdoors on the large back patio. The built-in grill will come in handy when making a summer night dinner. Spend the day on the front porch taking in the fresh air, or curl up on the living room's reclining sofa and enjoy the central air conditioning. A private office space is available for remote work, complete with a desk and a lovely neighborhood view. At the end of the day, gather around the firepit (choose wood-fueled or propane!) and enjoy making s'mores. You may catch a glimpse of local wildlife! It's all to be expected from a cottage vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
