Escape to this nostalgic 4-bedroom cottage in Dadeville. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed with trundle, and sleeper sofa this adorable retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a cozy getaway (perfect for two families!!!). The cottage enjoys beautiful views, boat house/dock with diving board), tree House, outdoor shower, grilling areas (Traeger smoker, Green Egg, gas grill, Blackstone flat top, and hot dog roller). Great location close to grocery stores and restaurants both by land and water! Location, Location, Location!! Tree house has a futon, loft that could accommodate an air mattress (not provided). The treehouse provides a ceiling fan, portable air conditioner, and electric heater. (not completely insulated). Message for more info.

  • Tuskegee University, one of the largest historically black universities in the United States, is a private university located in Tuskegee, Alabama. It was founded by Lewis Adams, a former slave, and George W. Campbell, a former slave owner. Adams asked that an educational institution for blacks be established. Wow! This charming cottage was absolutely perfect for our family. My kids just loved the playhouse and kayaks. The adults loved the quaintness, fire pit, and breathtaking views. The water was low enough that my kids loved kayaking over to the little island right across the way. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely book again in the future. Michelle was easy to work with and answered all of our questions.

Highly recommend! The host was very responsive and even reached out prior to the stay to make sure we were all set. The pictures don’t do justice for how charming the house actually is. My family and I LOVED it! We spent most of our time on the screened in porch with the fire going. 10/10 experience!

Clean, easy and comfortable. It was perfect Just hard to find the house if you are arriving at night- Google maps was easier to use to help find it since the house numbers at the street are not in the right order. Other than that, nothing negative to say. It was quiet, clean, lovely and comfortable. The property managers were very accommodating and communicated well.
