The room was very clean. I was also happy that rambutan was served at breakfast. It is far when we walk to old town, but does not have any problem if we inflect because bus leaves from hotel.

街からは少し離れてましたが無料バスがありあまり不便は感じなかったです♪ タクシーでも街まで200円程度で行けました。朝食のバイキングも充実してたので良かったです。

素晴らしいホスピタリティ

気持ちのいいスタッフとサービスに癒されました。ウエルカムフルーツとドリンク、そして外出から戻るとおやつとメッセージカードを持ってきてくれるなど、温かいサービスにほっこりしました。チェックアウトは12時なんですが飛行機の時間が夜で、それまで荷物を預かってくれシャトルバスを使わせてくれたりシャワーも使わせてもらえたりと素晴らしいサービスでした。また利用したいと思います。

自転車ｅｔｃ借りれば快適

自転車で朝から晩まで旧市街、ビーチと動きまわりました自転車がこんなに便利な乗り物だと再確認した旅行は初めてです何せホイアンがコンパクトな街だけに良かったかもわかりません夕方からは旧市街ランタンに灯がともり素晴らしい雰囲気を漂わせてくれます只、人の多さにはびっくりします特に韓国、中国人の多さには・・・

スタッフ対応の素晴らしいホテル

こちらのホテルのレビューではないのですが、書かせてください。もともと、こちらのホテルをホイヤンのランタン祭りに合わせて滞在2ヶ月前に予約しましたが、滞在10日前にメールが届き「オーバーブッキングのため、系列ホテルのホイアンエンシェントビレッジリゾートアンドスパに無料変更させてくれないか」と質問が来ました。了承し、当日ホテルに着きチェックイン時にもスムーズにいきました。部屋もVillaにアップグレードされていました。室内は広く、ウェルカムフルーツやミネラルウォーターがあり、石造りの重厚なデザインのバスタブも室内にあり、ベットもふかふかでカップルで泊まる分には最高なロケーションかと思います。

ビーチと街との真ん中にあるホテル。宿泊客はほとんどがヨーロッパ人

ダナンの空港からタクシーで48万ドン約2400円、帰りはホテルの車で42万ドン。無料のシャトルバスとホテルの自転車でビーチも街並みも自由自在に動ける。3泊したが朝食の準備が悪かったり毎日同じでつまらなかった。2泊まででいいかな？私たちを含めてほとんどの客は、5時か7時PMのシャトルバスで旧市街地で食事と散策を楽しんだ。バスルームが広くお湯もバスタブにいっぱいでも熱いのが最後まで出た。部屋はこぎれい、プールでのんびりできる。こじんまりとしたホテルではスタッフとのコミュニケーションも楽しみの一つだがフレンドリーではなかった。可もなく不可もなくってとこかな。あっ、朝5時から1時間ホテルの近くのスピーカーから大音響で音楽とベトナム語のおしゃべりが鳴り響く、早起きしたくない人は．．．。

ゆったりした雰囲気の宿で、休暇を過ごすのにはちょうどよい。設備の項目を減点した理由は室内の電燈スイッチの場所がわかりにくかったのと、ドアの鍵をかけるときにガタガタ大きな音がしたからですが、総じて好印象です。

Room had a cockroach in it when we came in. The tables were super dusty and had water marks. It also looks like the shower head had quite a bit of black hair dangling from it. The toilet also makes a lot of noise for 10 minutes after you flush so that got really annoying at night. The toilet also isn’t separated by a full door so order and any sounds travel throughout the room… if you catch my drift. Also didn’t have hot water to the room until we called on the 2nd night for some reason. Nothing that’s awful but not really worth staying at in my opinion

This was a well situated hotel within walking or short taxi ride into the old town. Staff were great and very helpful with booking trips out.

Lovely hotel excellent staff so helpful. Clean room with all facilities. Breakfast was really good and had a good variety of choice. Free bikes to get around the place can even cycle to the beach or hop on the free shuttle bus. It’s hard to get a sunbed round the pool that’s in the sun! If you want a chill day or few hours. We were there a week and we never managed it but if not bothered about the sun then no problem. Wouldn’t stop us staying here again though as we’d just cycle to the beach…..a must experience.

Cozy resort style hotel at a good location.

Very cozy resort style hotel. Beautiful garden. Friendly staff. Special thanks to On. She booked the train tickets to NhaTrang. Free bicycles to use. Great breakfirst. Would book here again if I visit hoi-an again.

Behagelig og imødekommende personale.

Vi var en familie på 6 personer der boede på Ancient House i 2 uger, vi nød hver eneste dag. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på vores behov. Rengøringen var helt i top. Fine værelser med frisk frugt og vand hver dag. Hyggelig have hvor man altid kan finde skygge. Fitness rummet er ikke up to date.

Well located boutique style hotel

This is a very nice boutique style hotel set in landscaped Vietnamese style gardens around a swimming pool - which actually would be better if larger. Rooms are spacious and clean and only criticism is that when having a shower the water temperature is not constant - cool to scalding in seconds

Virkelig et godt hotel

Virkelig et godt ophold. Personalet var så søde og hjalp mig med alt. De ringede rundt, og hjalp mig med at booke ting. Et af de bedste steder jeg har boet på min tur. Der var rent og pænt og super lækre værelser. Morgenmaden var super god med mange forskellige muligheder. Gratis shuttlebusser frem og tilbage til Old square og stranden. Lækker pool. Alt var helt perfekt. Og specielt al personale var så godt.

Enjoyed our time.

Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, reasonably sized,quiet rooms. Good pool with happy hour. Shuttle bus to Old town and the deck house An Bang beach. Free bikes you must use. Great value for money.

Superbe hôtel très calme, chambres spacieuses.

Superbe hotel authentique à Hoi An, piscine et chambre luxueuse. Personnel très aidant, petit déjeuner très complet. L'hotel vous prête des vélos pour vous balader dans la vieille ville, il propose même une navette pour se rendre à la plage avec une plage privée. Je recommande!

Lovely gardens & pool. Rooms well appointed & staff very friendly. Located in quieter part of Hoi An but short 15 min walk to Old Hoi An & market. The manager Binh is very helpful & welcoming- he upgraded our room & made sure our stay was beyond satisfying.
