場所はいい

布団は臭うしチェッイン、チェックアウトの対応も良くなかったバスルームの水はけも悪かったしシャワーの温度調節もいまいちだった

場所が良いです

ナイトマーケットも近いし、周りのお店も遅くまで開いてる所が多いです。チェックインの時に満室で別の店舗を勧められました。そちらの方が新しいからと言われましたが、場所がこちらの方が良かったのでこっちにしてほしいと頼んだら急遽掃除を始めてツインの大きい部屋をあけてくれました。フロントの女性は英語を話せますが、早口で訛りがあり聞き取りづらいです。早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、朝フロントの女性が起きてきてくれて、時間的に朝食が食べられないからと、スクランブルエッグの入ったパンを持たせてくれました。

Will be next level once the hotel is finished

The room was great, the staff were very friendly the only real issue with the hotel was that it was still under development. This didn't detract from the level of service provided by the staff.

Short Stay

Location : Good and within walking distance to Ancient Town and Night Market. The room was quite dark. Old wardrobe and room fixing are not convenience position. The breakfast provide good choice of local and western foods. The mini swimming pool is too near the walkway and reception areas. It is too slippery dangerous.

We were disappointed by our stay but it think it’s because the hotel didn’t correspond to what we were looking for. It’s noisy inside and outside till late and not ideal with a young child. We had a suffocating room with no window and no pressure in the shower. It’s a nice youth hostel but not suited for families

The hotel staff was great. The room is a little old and a cabinet in the bathroom was broken. Also the noise in the front rooms from Outside was a lot at night and in the early morning.

Yes, a worthwhile place to stay in Hoi An

Golden River is centrally located, about 15 meters off the main road along the river. There is a small indoor pool which looked inviting. Golden River is clean and comfortable, with good wifi, but the highlight is the staff. Warm and friendly ladies that smile and have a laugh all day. My friend fell ill and they looked after him as if he was family. Recommended.

We stayed in the triple room. Absolutely nothing special. Paint was peeling off and both of the doors were broken. Other things were neglected within hotel. Not great. Breakfast was mediocre, pool was small. Great location.

일단 예약해서 예약번호와 이름 다 보여줬은데 직원이 계속 돈을 더 내라고 해서 체크인만 40분 걸렸고 예약한방이랑 다른방 줬는데 이미 짜증나서 하루자는거 참자하고 잤는데 이불 습해서 찝찝하고 방 지져분하고 그냥 직원들 불친절하고 방더럽고 완전 비추

No room available for us !!!

When checking in, the manager manager told me that our room is not available and sent us to a hotel near by. Breakfast is served at the hotel of original booking but not served at the other one. Not happy about it

Budget Hotel

Cods Hotel room is old, our aircond was really warm, staff is friendly but wanted to hold our passport for a day, which we declined, we prepaid the room anyway, they can't explain why they needed to hold the passports, it seems it's a norm practice but some hotels can keep photocopies instead so please prepare photocopies in case. The bed was hard, so those who need softer bed you might want to reconsider. Pros Breakfast was made to order, their cau lao isnt bad to bo honest. Staff are friendly overall. Summary It's a budget hotel, so don't expect much. Hoi An is hot this time around, air conditioning is really important.

Mutter und Tochter in Hoi An.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Geminuten von der tollen und beeindruckenden Altstadt Hoi Ans entfernt. Dafür gibt es einen absoluten Pluspunkt. Service an der Rezeption mit Tourbuchung und Tipps und Warnhinweisen gibt auch einen Pluspunkt. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Ich hatte das Gefühl in benutzen Bettlagen zu schlafen, auch nach der Bitte diese zu wechseln, wurde es nicht getan. Der Pool wurde auch nicht gereinigt, es lag auch am nächsten Tag ein komischer Schimmer darüber. Frühstück inbegriffen bedeutet hier, 1 Getränk und 1 Essen pro Person. Also wer gerne einen Kaffee und einen Saft und von einem Brötchen nicht satt wird, zahlt drauf. Das sollte dringend in der Beschreibung des Hotels geändert werden!! Alles in allem....Top Lage und Tourentipps! Rest stark ausbaufähig!

Suspected stolen wallet by staff

Dropped my wallet at the hotel dining area. Lost it when realised and viewed the hotel Cctv.apotted simsthing aniss abd highlighted to the manager. I forced them to question the staff but no avail. Checkout the hotel and half hr later inform me they found my cards only at the kitchen Trashbin. Just apologize to me

Very near to night market

As it is near the night market and just a corner from the busy road full with restaurants, pubs, spa centres, expect the noise level to be up till late hours and don't expect a river view as the rooms are not directly facing the river view.

Comfortable and excellent value for money.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, and although its furniture and fittings are a little old, they are well maintained and comfortable. The cost of a stay at this hotel is very low and is excellent value for money. Our tariff included breakfast; the food was good and served with a smile. The only thing missing is that that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Hotellet är fräscht och rummen är prisvärda. Tyvärr upplevde vi personalen som pushig gällande att boka turer, flyg, anlita skräddare osv genom dem. Dessutom gick städarna in i rummet när vi tog sovmorgon vilket drar ned betyget. Delvis vårt eget fel då vi glömt sätta ut skylten förvisso men ändå..

The hotel is in a good location

The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from Ancient Town, very close to the river which flows through Hoi An. A slight disadvantage is that you might be a little too close to the action at night, when all the tourists come out to either participate in floating candles down the river to make wishes, eat street food or go to open air beer gardens. The music is extremely loud and a combination of 90s pop and Vietnamese songs sung not very well, sometimes combined with beautiful Vietnamese traditional music. This generally starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 10:00pm. Otherwise the hotel room is very serviceable with a good bathroom and a nice balcony, the bed is comfortable and room service provides clean sheets and towels regularly. If you need anything, you just ask the ladies who clean the rooms and they easily provide whatever you need. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, very efficient and will book tours for you, call taxis, make phone calls and give advice with quite good English and French. Breakfast provided is excellent, you order from a menu, such things as eggs with Vietnamese French bread, muesli, fresh fruit, pancakes, noodle soup, coffee, tea, juice, etc. and the ladies in the kitchen are super helpful. The pool is nice and the air conditioning works. Your balconies either face the street or the back of the building. Across the street is bicycle and motorcycle rental with the sweetest Vietnamese family you will ever want to meet. Good BBQ restaurant corner.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, convienient location

We stayed 2 nights. No major issues. Our pillows smelt a bit musty when we arrived but we asked for the cover to be changed and they were fine with it. Goo location right near the town centre.

Buena unicacion. Bastante pesados con las excursiones. Contratamos una excursion con dos dias de antelacion a My Son para las 5.00am y nos avisaron la vispera a las 21.00pm q no habia sitio. La habitacion nuestra estaba en la cuarta planta y no tenia ventana. No nos limpiaron la habitacion ni nos cambiaron las sabanas y toallas ningun dia.
