Overall, we were happy with the facilities and services provided by the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of nice food. The staff were helpful and polite at all times.

The staffs are very helpful, there is a coffee shop just next to the hotel which is very good though.

Recepcionista gentil ajudou na compra de passagens para Hue. O quarto é limpo e confortável. O buffet do café da manhã era ruim, suco com gosto artificial, café frio, as únicas opções para quem não quer comer comida vietnamita era pão, manteiga, ovo frito ou mexido e duas opções de frutas. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina ficam na sombra durante a tarde. O drink de boas vindas que teríamos direito não foi oferecido, o bar estava fechado.

The stay here was excellent. We arrived at the airport and took a grab to the hotel. It was so close. The quality of service was excellent. Quoc checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. They provide everything you need in the room and the room is spacious and the beds comfortable. The most amazing thing was the rooftop cafe and pool. The 360 views are breathtaking

I stayed for 4 nights in Deluxe Double Room with River View. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Staffs were very professional, nice and helpful.

The front desk staff were very professional, helpful, and competent. The breakfast was outstanding. You can’t beat the price and service provided. I highly recommend the Gold Plaza Hotel.
