「Clean, bright, renovated rooms, working aircon, which in this heatwave was important. Our room had a Scandinavian feel to it. But also that it was put together by people, not used to stay in a hotel. No shelf by the zink to put toiletries, shower was made for below 170cm people. TV was kind of working. All in all OK. Until you consider the price, then the chain breaks.」

had to pay additional charges. Information could have been communicated in a nicer way」

Kein Bademantel und Handtücher, obwohl Spa Zimmer gebucht waren. Das abendliche 5 Gänge Menü , was zwei Wochen vorher schon angefragt wurde, gab es nicht . Stattdessen Essen aus der Karte , was eine Katastrophe war, auch andere Hotelgäste gaben sogar ihr Essen zurück und schauten außerhalb nach einer Möglichkeit.
