「Spent weekend there with my best friend and his two seven year old daughters. We were even able to bring our dogs along. Property was well stocked with all the things we needed (not food, obviously). We had a great time just hanging out and fishing off the dock. Only drawback was water was too mucky to swim on that side of the lake the weekend we went.」

「I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was immaculately clean and the items that were provided, which were a lot, were top notch. It was located close to the water and the public dock. We were able to easily walk to the dock and fish. The center of town was just down the road so it made getting groceries and shopping easy. 「The pool and hot tub were excellent. Beds were average to above average. King-size bed is really a Queen. Comfortably sleeps 10 upstairs and 11downstairs. Living room furniture is ready for replacement along with the patio chairs. It was fun being able to get 8 chairs around the table for food and games. Appliances, kitchen items and linens were perfect. Loved having a good washing machine and dryer. Overall, loved being there. Would love to stay there again sometime.」

「We had a great time at this location. It's very roomy and nicely decorated. We had almost everything we needed. The king bed was great as was the living room chairs when watching a movie. Kitchen was a good size. A few cooking items were not fully cleaned from the last use but otherwise we really loved this place. Affordable and quiet in the countryside. Had an awesome time!」

「We fished, kayaked, visited Alexandria’s independent book store and relaxed surrounded by bird sounds. The northern light display soaking in the hot tub pretty much sums it up. For three days we saw no others on the lake. Cabin has that up north Minnesota feel. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were traveling but kept in touch. Thank You」

The only real issue was the lot wasn’t as level as expected and with my having upcoming hip surgery was a bit of an issue. Fishing and sunsets were fantastic! Would stay again! 「From beginning to end Carolyn and Jose were great hosts. They always responded almost immediately, and were so accommodating. The house was absolutely beautiful and had something for everyone. 「We had two families stay here with adults and kids age 15 months to 10 years old. This was perfect for all of our needs with ample bunk beds and space. The kids loved the outside space and had plenty of room to play inside when it rained. We had a boat and this is on a cul-de-sac so we could easily turn around! I would highly recommend staying here! The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so helpful with wet swim suits and towels.」

「We stayed 3 nights and we were not disappointed at all. The lake wasn't crazy busy and loud. Neighbors weren't loud. The house was super clean, organized, and well decorated. 「We enjoyed the location and views very much. The layout with the kitchen and dining in the basement was not the best. I’m sure it would be great for younger families.
