"everything was great except the window was bolted shut, so i was unable to get any fresh air and the room felt abit stuffy, please remove bolts from windows and allow them to open up abit. thanks."

"Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and great portion sizes. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast too was very tasty, fresh, veggie option for me, and plentyful. We had a wonderful overnight break and are definitely going back for one of their entertainment evening's."

"Perfectly located to all of the best of The Mumbles. Rooms and beds are very well appointed. Nice art on the walls. The Oyster House restaurant staff check you in and they are very helpful and easygoing."
