Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. 「Very disappointing stay here. Hotel met our expectations, however this service level doesn’t match at all. Our food order was wrong when order room service. They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. On the last day they wanted us out at exactly 10 am. The room cleaners came at 945 am to tell us to get out. In all my stats, I have never experience this at any hotel. At 10 am...
