About this property

Casa Quadro - Villa with private infinity pool - Salento, Puglia

  • Where history meets design
Once a tobacco processing plant, Casa Quadro is now an architectural work of art. The restoration has preserved the original structure, transforming it into a residence where "total beige" minimalism enhances the natural light. The heart of the villa is the living area, a fluid space designed for relaxation and conviviality, where every furnishing detail pays homage to artisanal modernity.

    Suites & Details
The sleeping area features 4 Master Suites, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Micro-cement finishes, warm earth tones, and integrated free-standing tubs. Each room serves as a silent retreat, overlooking the garden directly.

    The Outdoor
Outside, the infinity pool overlooks the Salento countryside, offering a turquoise mirror of water framed by a garden of native fruit trees.

    Premium Amenities:
    4 En-suite Bedrooms | 5 Bathrooms
    60sqm Open Space Living
