シリコンバレー出張の際に、最近、よく利用をしています。280号線のインターの直近で車での移動には最適な場所です。280号線沿いですが音は気になりません。この地域の同クラスのホテルでは総合的にトップクラスです。部屋に冷蔵庫がない、ジムがない(ジムは1マイルほど離れたYMCAを利用可)が難点です。食事は、隣のモールにやよい軒などがあります。ご家族で滞在されている方も多く、部屋の広さなども十分かと思います。

The property itself was not kept up. I tried calling the hotel prior to check in and both numbers on their website stated it was disconnected? The access gates into the property did not work -anyone can have simply walk into property-which is did not feel safe to me. Pros: The location is incredibly convenient, nestled next to the I-280 at De Anza. Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially when we needed to change rooms from the third floor to the ground floor to minimize walking. Inexpensive nightly rate. All areas are clean, except for the carpet. Cons: The building feels old. Stained carpet in the lounge area (where breakfast is served), elevator out of service. Fountain and pond look unkempt. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, boiled eggs, breads and cut fruit, with some boxed cereals and yogurt, together with single-serve packets of peanut butter and cream cheese. No bagels to go with the cream cheese, and neither of the two toasters worked, so no toast. Summary: I would stay again, with appropriately moderated expectations, but this is not a place to invite or entertain family/friends.

Elevators were undergoing repairs but we were never notified. Only option we were given was a 4th floor room and when asked for a room on a lower level we were told that the the 4th floor was the only option even though the parking lot was had few vehicles in it.

Check-in was a breeze because the hotel had texted us earlier to supply the customary information. One disappointment was that we were registered for a third floor room, but the elevator was out of commission. Which meant lugging our stuff up 3 floors. The desk clerk offered to help, and my macho self could not accept. We did not have so much stuff anyway. Tomorrow the hotel will move us to a room on the first floor.

We had some terrible experience with the hotel. We made a reservation - terrible services without room services for our entire duration of stay. When we need to extend our stay, they directed us to make a new reservation. (First credit card payment) When we go to the front desk for processing the extension of stay, we were asked to pay the second and the third time upfront. As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced this level of inconvenience and the entire time the front desk was impatient and encouraged me to go to a different hotel

Everything was old and falling apart. Many stains on the carpet. The pictures are old and has definitely not been maintained. One of the elevators is also down.

I did not feel safe at night walking to the elevators as they were no well lighted. Also not convenient to get to with many stairs and winding pathway. Breakfast was very limited.

Gone downhill
The breakfast is nothing specially compared to what it used to be. It now only has coffee and a few danishes. No more made to order omelet and no large spread of fruits, breads, other breakfast items, juices, etc. The tub faucet was leaking, actually running. We told the management as soon as we got into the room. We told them several times during our week long stay and they never fixed it. Can you imagine how much water has been wasted during this time?! The 5-6p happy hour says beer and wine but is only beer. It used to be beer, wine, and mixed drinks and have light appetizers. What has happened?! This used to be our favorite hotel in Cupertino...use to be well worth the money but when management doesn't send someone to fix a leaking faucet for a week and all the extra perks have gone downhill it is pretty disappointing...

Great location, facilities, and price
It was perfect for a quick one night in town to visit family. Front desk was friendly and quick. The room was clean, bed comfy, blinds clean, restroom clean. I wish I had more time to enjoy the other amenities they offered like the pool, breakfast, and happy hour, but unfortunately I had to be on my way early.

Sub-standard: don't believe the pictures
The restroom was stinking so bad, i had to step out a room freshner. I had requested connected rooms as we were traveling as a family with grown up kids. The rooms provided were in different corners. Hotel has only 1 functioning elevator thats at the back and you have to drag your luggage across steps. I saw an elderly couple struggle with their luggage at the steps next to the pool. The free breakfast is of really poor quality. Don't believe the pictures!

The rooms and room amenities were awesome!! Staff was very cursory - happy hour was minimal and the breakfast offerings were absolutely dismal- bare minimum! Didn’t even eat anything for breakfast. Would stay for just the room. Nothing else worth going back for!
