"Staff are really friendly, helpful and offers a good hospitality. Hotel easy to reach and provide a parking location. I am not quite sure what happens when hotel is busy...Breakfast is really great with the local tastes. They can get top mark with their hospitality and breakfast. "

"Stayed at one of their bungalow for 1 night I can say it’s good,AC working so/so not so good not bad..pool is nice and location is close to the beach..the only issue is too much flies during breakfast and not that much option.."

The conditions for the price is excellent and also includes delicious breakfast that was beyond my expectations!!!! Highly recommend ☺️"

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking through Hotels.com. We had reserved two rooms and received a confirmation, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available. Additionally, the hotel environment was unacceptable. The property was filled with strong smoke from a nearby restaurant, which permeated the rooms and made the atmosphere unbearable. The rooms smelled of smoke, and the cleanliness was also concerning: the bathroom was dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the sheets were covered in hair. As a result, I was forced to leave in the middle of the night. Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be using Hotels.com for my future bookings. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements are made to prevent others from facing similar issues."
