The Wills Hotel is a historic building that has been very recently completely renovated. Everything is new and thoughtfully designed. It's a delightful place to stay right in the middle of downtown Cumberland!

Can’t say enough about this gorgeous hotel! Staff was fabulous, Caden and Mike. Free parking was a bonus. Room was spotless. Perfect spot to walk everywhere, even the train station. Would highly recommend!

Brand new renovation in a historic property. Very stylish and comfortable. Great restaurant. Simple continental breakfast in the lobby included in the room rate. Spacious bike storage room - perfect for cyclists passing through on the GAP or C&O trails. EV chargers nearby.

The people who work there are the very best part of the hotel. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The beds are just a little hard and street noise was pretty intense (it was a Friday night) but otherwise it was great.

I have to mention that the entire front desk staff is excellent. They are really outstanding at what they do. They make you feel extremely welcome. This group of people really make the hotel what it is.

Beautiful property and conveniently located. Cumberland is clearly "up and coming" and this hotel is perfectly situated to be in a golden spot when it finishes growing. Even as-is, it was fantastically situated and wonderfully appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again some day in the future.

In the heart of downtown Cumberland. The hotel recently opened with everything renovated and it was all done well. Shopping, dining and just exploring the city is within walking distance.

Top class hotel in the heart of Cumberland. They have a dedicated room for bicycle storage for guests who are riding the C&O towpath trail or the GAP trail. Even though it is downtown they have ample free parking in a nearby parking garage. Wonderful restaurant and bar as well.

Great hotel and restaurant! Updated and renovated so it’s chic. It’s really before it’s time location-wise though. The street is cute and inviting BUT lots of empty storefronts and it seems people haven’t yet realized downtown Cumberland is trying to renew itself.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands . The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and professional. This hotel has a central location. The rooms are exceptionally full of character with a warm modernist design. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and a continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again . Super comfortable, nice and cool air conditioned space , modern lobby and walking distance to everything .
