On the south of the of village of Palomares, this 1st floor apartment offers sea, rural and mountain views which gives it a great sense of openness. It is detached build with only one connected neighbour downstairs. There is a full width rear sun terrace accessed off both the lounge and bedroom. it also benefits from having a full size private roof solarium accessed from the sun terrace. There is no internet connection, so bring your own media or stream from your media box via your mobile phone. The large communal pool is open for use between 9am and 10pm 7 days a week.

Your check in will be with a local agent, between the times of 16:00 to 20:00. If you arrive later then this you need to pay a 15euro late check in fee on the day, and you must notify me in advance with an ETA

Villaricos, lovely charming seaside village with two small marinas, huge market on Sunday mornings. 5 mins drive.
Garrucha, is a working port that has lots of fabulous sea food restaurants and an aquarium. 12 mins drive.
Mojacar. the largest resort locally if you like busy.., the best bit is the pueblo or town on the side of the seirra caberra mountains. Offer an amazing view back up the coast. lovely terrace to eat and drink and take it all in. 20 mins drive.
