A chalet-style house with a south-facing patio and small enclosed garden. The habitable area measures 175.20 sq. metres, 87.60 sq. metres on both floors. It is well-equipped for children. It is also 3 miles from Le Touquet and Stella Plage with their wonderful long sandy beaches. The thriving small port of Etaples is 1 1/2 miles away with all facilities. There is a restaurant 10 minutes walk away and supermarkets within easy reach. 10 golf courses within 1 hour's drive. FREE PARKING, either in the drive or on the road.
The house is best suited to a maximum of 6 people (seating in living room) but two more can be easily accommodated. There are two double bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 1 with twin beds. The two other bedrooms have bunk beds, which are full-size, 3' x 6'. 1 bunk bedroom has computer games, The other is small with a baby changing unit.
ALL BEDDING, BATHROOM LINEN, KITCHEN TOWELS AND TEA CLOTHS ARE WASHED BETWEEN LETS. YOU CAN BE ASSURED THAT ALL THESE ARE CHANGED AND FRESHLY WASHED FOR YOUR RENTAL.
There is a desk in the hall with a lamp and an electricity point below for work requirements. FREE WIFI. There is also a folding table and two folding chairs in the hall which can be used to extend the dining table.
The living area has 2 2-seater sofas and 2 armchairs and a wood-burning stove. In the same room is the dining table and 6 chairs. A small folding table and 2 chairs are located in the hall if you wish to add them to the dining table for 2 extra people.
There is 1 spacious double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom plus a bathroom on each floor. The downstairs bathroom also has a small bath. Upstairs, the bathroom is large with cupboards and is situated between the landing and the bunk bedroom. (see floor plan).
The kitchen is quite small but is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, combi- microwave/fan heated oven, an extra microwave oven and a dishwasher. There are many dishes for cooking, eating and plenty of utensils.
In the garage you will find garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, 4 rather old mountain bikes which still work fine and a BMX bike. Also some buckets and spades for the beach.
In the corner of the garden there are a table and chairs for you to sit and relax in the sun. The front of the house has French doors and a south-facing patio.
You can park your car in the drive, or in a designated space in the road outside the house. The road is a quiet residential road in the village of Cucq.
There is a restaurant, Chez Philippe, 10 minutes walk from the house. There is a large wood 5 minutes walk away for walks.

Comfortable well equipped house - very helpful friendly owner ! we would not hesitate to visit again! Very peaceful setting and close to all amenities :)
We stayed here for one week in August. The house is very spacious and the area is calm and quiet. Near beaches, dunes and forest, lots of places to visit. Supermarkets only a few minutes drive. Parking is easy. Penny is very kind and responds quickly to questions.
We had a wonderful time here. The house is lovely, really well looked after and spacious. The children had great fun in the garden too.
The location was fantastic, so close to a range of spectacular beaches.
The stand-out feature however was Penny, the host, who made the whole process so seamless and straightforward. Excellent communication at all times and she couldn’t have been friendlier. She made it all so easy and made us feel very welcome in her home. Thank you Penny!

Nous avons passer un séjour très agréable, la maison elle est très bien situe et aménagée.
Le temps n'as pas était de notre côte et nous n'avons pas peu profiter des extérieur malheureusement mais on as bien profiter des jeux de société et très bien dormis!...

Voor ons als gezin van 6(4 kinderen onder de 12) was dit een heerlijke vakantie. een karakteristieke huis, hier en daar wat gedateerde elementen(niet storend wat ons betreft) met goed comfort, voldoende slaapkamers, knusse woonkamer, een afgeschermde ruime tuin en rust. De omgeving is heerlijk, enorm genoten van de stranden,Nausicaa heeft ons betoverd, wij hebben veel plezier gehad in parc bagatelle en de zeehonden en baie d’Authie zijn ook een aanrader. (En er is nog zo veel meer)
Penny is vooraf, tijdens en na verblijf een uitstekende verhuurder gebleken.helder en snelle in communicatie.
Kortom een aanrader.
maison très agréable car située dans un endroit calme avec peu de circulation où les enfants peuvent pédaler sur route sans danger (moyennant surveillance légère). a 10 min des plages du Touquet en voiture .Concernant le logement, tout le confort que vous pouvez trouver chez vous , lave vaisselle ,lave linge , séchoir etc. Idéale pour grosses familles ou réunion de famille.
Très belle maison très propre tout confort nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous avons visité la côte d'opale, Penny est vraiment sympathique et réactif merci..
Leuke vakantie gehad. Aangenaam huis, dicht bij le Touquet. Grote slaapkamers, veel ruimte, rustige buurt. Dichtbij winkels, restaurants en bakker. Parking naast het huis.
Alleen jammer dat de eettafel in de living wat klein is voor zoveel gasten. Je kan wel nog een klaptafel en klapstoelen bijzetten. Soms ook wat ambetant dat je door de badkamer moet om naar de kinderkamer te gaan boven. Er was geen sleutel op de badkamerdeur. Vooral als er geen kinderen van jouw familie slapen is dit wat ambetant. Anders wel alles wat je nodig hebt en een goed huis om de omgeving en zelfs het gebied van de baai van de Somme te bezoeken.

Point important pour nous, la qualité de la literie est très bonne.
L'annonce correspond exactement aux prestations, à la localisation, au calme.
Enfin, Penny est extrêmement réactive, d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours prête à proposer des solutions (taxi, nounous... ).
La propriété est confortable pour une grande famille. La propriétaire communique très bien et trouve rapidement des solutions aux petits problèmes de tous les jours.
En revanche, je ne louerai plus une maison via Abritel, car je n'ai reçu aucune facture ni par la société pour sa commissionne, ni par la propriétaire malgré mes demandes. Quand Abritel prend l'argent des clients, c'est à lui d'établir une facture. La pratique actuelle me semble illégale.
Excellent property in a very quiet location. Very well equipped and suitable for all ages. Ideal for two families or those with elderly family members with easy access to downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
Wir haben als Familie einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Die wunderschönen nahegelegenen Sandtrände, welche nur wenige Autominuten entfernt waren, haben uns gut gefallen. Zurück im Ferienhaus konnten wir die Ruhe geniessen.
Durch die beiden Badezimmer und das großzügige Raumangebot hat sich jeder wohlgefühlt. Gerade bei Kindern in unterschiedlichen Altersklassen ist dies wichtig.
