"This large house worked well for a family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and having the large dining table and space worked well. Loved the view from the huge windows. All the games were a hit with my grandson - especially the shuffleboard. The communication from the hosts was very helpful and clear. Made for a very smooth and fun vacation!"

"We visited in early October, before the water level drops. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Communication was clear, and the owners went above and beyond to account for all the little details to make us feel at home. The grounds are calm, quiet, and gorgeous. The house was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend!"

"This was a very well stocked home, with plenty of room for a large family, and tons of fun tucked away! Our family loved the popcorn maker and provided snacks during a game night and enjoyed the back yard fire pit another night. The kitchen had every tool and gadget you'd need to make a delicious meal, and a nearby local restaurant down the road (Bouy's) didn't disappoint when we didnt feel like cooking. The only down side was the distance to Mammoth Cave when the Green River Ferry was closed. (It took nearly an hour to get to the tours, rather than 30 minutes when taking the ferry.) Our daughter loved sitting in the porch swing and admiring the sweet little neighborhood.We look forward to returning in warmer weather to enjoy the near by lakes and kayaks!"

"clean room. Nice small space. Takes 45-60 to get to the caves unless the ferry is open so I would check on that before booking if your main interest is Mammoth cave itself."

"We had a great time and enjoyed being able to see the horses everyday. The hosts dogs also kept the kids entertained. During our stay the green river ferry was closed due to low water so we ended up having to driver further than we were expecting. Something to be aware of if you plan on using it when staying on the north side of the park. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the house had everything we needed."
