「Wonderful vacation rental. Property was clean and well equipped. Check in was easy. We all enjoyed the farm animals. The house is large and comfortable and the pool was great. Plenty of things to do in the area.」

「The reviews are all stellar for a reason--they are well earned. No complaints from anyone in the family. Great launch point to visit Shenandoah NP where we spent several days hiking. Only negative there is we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the property. Would love to stay here again and spend more time on the porch, by the river, in town....Two things that might be helpful (somewhat covered in other reviews). The last bit of the walk to the river isn't obvious. The given directions are fine...

We especially loved the outdoor space which had a kitchen and a pool. We had eight grandchildren with us that said it was the best vacation yet. Randy the host was responsive and made check in easy. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway」

「This house is absolutely stunning. The property is beautiful and its so quiet. The sunsets are really great from the pool. The owners are very friendly and communicate better than any other VRBO house i have stayed in. I cant say enough about how great this place is. 」

「Beautiful, the home is well maintained and nicely furnished. A couple random steps between rooms could use yellow tape in order to help prevent people with vision impairment from stumbling. Property owner was kind and very responsive to any requests and questions.」

「We rented the home for its proximity to Wintergreen for a quick skiing trip,and it was perfect. A cozy older home with a cabin like feel. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners were great, get back to you quickly if you have questions. Definitely rent again if we come back to the area.」

「The home is beautiful and much bigger on the inside than the pictures showed. 3 of us stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and basically used half the house because it's so spacious. The views are very pretty. We were on motorcycles for the weekend and came up the first, unpaved service entrance as that is where the GPS told us to turn. If you are on motorcycles, DO NOT go up this entrance! Go to the entrance with the long driveway that has a fence on both sides as it is fully paved all...
