"The welcome was very nice when we arrived. But when we got to our room there was only one towel and robe for two of us and no decent mugs to have a cup of tea. The breakfast the following morning was very busy, and the coffee machine always needed service and the coffee was not up to the right temperature. ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
