Breakfast was great in the AM.
Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Booked a room for 4 guys - the suite had 2 beds and a pull-out, but no cots or roll-out beds were available. "We don't even have any in the building" I was told. Very confusing to me that a hotel doesn't have extra mobile beds in storage.
There are no ice machines on the floors or ground level - no ice maker in the room because they switched fridge brands. The staff were willing to give us a scoop or two of ice for our cooler upon request, but it seems like this shouldn't have to be the case.
