"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was freezing cold, and there was no working heating available throughout my visit. Instead of fixing the issue, the only solution offered was giving me two duvets, which did little to make the room comfortable or warm enough to sleep properly. I only received a portable heater on my third night staying.
On top of that, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The kettle provided in the room was mouldy, which made me question the...

"Great location. Shared community room, sometimes you need to wait before the kitchen is free. Elevator is accessible from reception, but to get there are couple of stair steps to overcome first. Rest fine."
