"The host was attentive. The house is old and in need of some repairs. Ran out of propane the first time we tried to cook so we brought a bunch of groceries home. Area was pretty. Our problem was VRBO. On site, ad says all fees included, when in fact, when we clicked the pay button an additional 200.00 plus was added for various fees. "

Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better."
