The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A utility room includes a washer/dryer. There is one king-size bedroom with TV, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. A first-floor snug provides additional living space. The property benefits from electric ground-source heat pumps and underfloor heating. Entertainment includes two Freeview TVs, a DVD player, WiFi, a PlayStation 3, and a selection of DVDs. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is a gravel non-enclosed courtyard with patio, furniture, hot tub, and barbecue, plus access to seven acres of grounds. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Nyth Dryw is close to the beach and the landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, making it an excellent base for exploring Gwynedd.

Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Eryri National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
