"I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up.
You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. "

"Really like this hotel although it could do with a major refurb. The main thing I wish they would sort out is the stamp size tv’s. Love how dog friendly it is"
"We upgraded from a cosy room to a superior room. The room itself was lovely, though quite small and the bathroom had a roll top bath. The room was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. However, I would say that there was little space to put any of our things, little surface space in the bedroom and the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor; we were asked before arrival whether we had an problem with stairs, and there were quite a few levels to go up so be aware of this. I do have one gripe! There was a constant humming noise in our room, I expect coming from the extractor fan that was outside the bedroom window. We did put up with it but for anyone who likes silence, it would have drove you round the twist. There was a small radio on in our room when we arrived; so wondering if that was to disguise it. I assume this humming noise would have been heard in the rooms either side of us as well. We were in Room 20. Again, lovely room, was let down by the noise."
"Very disappointed at parking fee of 5 british pounds a day. Have stayed here so often over the last 16 years, never had to pay. They have a huge parking area.
Didn't see a breakfast buffet either."
"Not true photos of property it was dirty smelly all facilities ie bar was closed staff were totally unhelpful when i said room was disgusting they said nothing can be done as cleaners were not in plug holes were full of hair toilet had feces still in it from someone before curtains were stained orange ment to be white dead bugs and dirt all over the ledges kettle was full of limescale bed was disgusting in all had to leave but was told have to email there main office for refunds as they didnt have a manager available for any enquiries went to pub accross the road where we were informed that it was old great western hotel that had been bought out ( photos they use )and since then all the staff had left and kitchen was condemned BUT THEY STILL OFFER BREAKFAST? And that it once was as advertised but not is more like a drug hostal when leaving was asked by what i persume was someone living in one of the rooms ( Do i know where to get any good GEAR ) over all i would avoid if zero is an option for score then minus 10 would be my score disgusting place needs investigating from travel companies and took off there sites til then"
"How this hotel has got the reviews it did, has completely perplexed me. Omitted to say it's right next to a landing strip, we were woken by helicopters landing late.
We booked a premier room, if that's the standard of a premier room, I'd hate to see what a standard room looks like, I will never stay there again.
The bathroom cleanliness was very bad, the bathroom sink was disgusting. I had to try and wash it before I could use it.
The material condition of the room was very poor, when I tried to raise it, I couldn't get through to reception by phone, when I went down to try and speak to someone, a coach load of people had arrived so it was chaos, I couldn't wait, when I spoke to someone when checking out, I felt I was met with indifference and was asked to send them the pictures of the bathroom sink, no apology. I advised that I also had also had a fall on the stairs and hurt myself, I witnessed 2 other people have falls on the same stairs due to the last step being higher than the other steps.
I was given a blank sheet of paper to fill in for the accident, never asked if I was okay.
The manager was too busy for me to speak to. Save your money and give this place a very wide birth or you might catch something unpleasant."
"All the staff were helpful
The Breakfast area has a gluten free station with bread rolls etc and a designated toaster
Shame they don’t get their sausages from Tesco as they are GF but they cooked me veggie ones instead which was lovely.
The food on the Restaurant was amazing - I’m not usually one to rave over food but the Sea Bass meal was delicious
Was unaware I had to pay £6 to park which I felt was a bit steep on top of the room"
