「Rooms clean, beds were soft, great price point」

「Clean.」

「Efficient staff, clean hotel, pool was in good shape (steam room closed though), breakfast was better than I’ve seen at other hotels」

「Great hotel, housekeeping staff nice. Front desk didn't address concerns about TV not working in a timely manner - solved issue myself by locating and power cycling small TV box behind TV. No staff at front door helping with luggage, and parking was awful. Place was packed with people in the lobby, not sure why they were hanging around in there, some were eating food and had spilled over from casino floor, some had luggage and kinds maybe were waiting for a bus - either way the area was not...

「The room was great, smelled clean. I really disliked the paper cups and the bamboo forks, spoons, knives in the breakfast room. I think this could be done better.」

「The staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Good location near West Edmonton Mall. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot needs cleaning/repairs. Floors throughout felt dirty. Window were dirty. Hallways were very hot. This is very basic accommodation, and priced accordingly.」

「Clean room, a little on the smaller side but was enjoyable.」

「All good」

「Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room,and a delicious breakfast!」

「The room was great! Way more space than we expected. Some peeling paint and the floors could have been a bit cleaner but it was still a great room. Each bedroom had its own temperature setting but if you wanted the main room to be warm the loft got really warm. Breakfast was decent and the staff were wonderful!」

「キッチン付きの広々とした部屋で快適に過ごせた。清掃も隅々まで行き届いていた。唯一改善してほしいと感じたのはキッチンのシンク。シンクが小さくて、使うたびにキッチン周りが水浸しになってしまった。」

「The hot tub was nice, clean rooms, good breakfast.」

「My only complaint is that the bed and pillows desperately need an update. The staff was efficient and friendly and the rooms were prefect if you required a kitchen and some space.」
