良かった点 : 客室の快適度

お湯が出ない

利便性が良いので2度目の滞在でしたが、子供たちがお気にいりのバスタブでお湯を使い過ぎたのが、シャワーのお湯が出なくなってしまいました。翌朝は普通に出たので容量があるのかもしれませんが、冬だったので辛かったです。

Cows Beachの目の前で立地は良く、部屋の広さも充分で小さなお子さんのいる家庭には快適なアパートだと思います。ただバスルームがややきれいさに欠け水が床にleakしてくるのは気になりましたが許容範囲でした。

Very comfort room provided. Parking just infornt of your room ans there are numbers of restaurant just few minutes walking distance for your room.

Great access to the beach and restaurants. However, suggest trying to fet top level as ypu can hear people walkinb above, shower screen had no bottom seal so often leaked on floor.

A perfect place to stay

A perfect place to stay. Within walking distance to the nicest restaurants and so close to the markets and nightlife. The room was so nice and spacious with lots of storage. The only thing I would like is a full size ironing board. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ok. Good location, but pretty hands off if you're expecting a hotel. No plug for bathtub which made the spa tub a challenge. Difficult to make front room dark for the kids to sleep

Beautiful room and view

Beautiful room and view. Short walk to cafes and shops. Communication prior to stay was great. No issues and wish we could have stayed longer.

Booked no view room, wouldn’t do that again looking straight at another apartment complex and lacked privacy. Other than that would return.

Lovely view directly opposite the water, very clean , comfortable beds. Heater was turned on so our room was lovely cosy & warm on a cold winter day.

This is a great property right on the beach. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and very clean and comfortable. The only down side (and it was a minor thing), was that the shower wasn’t great. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend 😊

Still non-contact venue due to COVID which makes experience very impersonal. I did not see one staff member the entire trip and requested a later check out via email, however never heard back from them

The property was across the road from the beach that was a plus but for the money i paid and that i did not get what i requested was the let down

Hi Mary,You must book a Beachfront apartment to get a water view. Unfortunately you didn't book a beachfront apartment when you booked and we couldn't offer you one when you arrived as there was none available.Sorry you were disappointed.

No outdoor flyscreen door to the outdoor area, so couldn’t keep door open for fresh air. Carpets old & need updating. Excellent location.

check in was super super easy, reception was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Our room was spotless and were lucky enough to catch the amazing beach views. And of course, the jetted spa bath is a bonus Thank you Waves Apartment, we will be back again!
