Welcome to this lovely, well appointed homely holiday house with zoned living areas.

Immerse yourself in coastal living with only a short stroll to the Cowes main beach or town center or relax on the expansive balcony as you savor the sea breeze.

This double story retreat features four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. Downstairs, bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, while bedroom 2 is perfect for the kids, offering one bunk-bed & one single bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located upstairs both offer a cosy queen-sized haven.

There are two bathrooms, one on each level. The comfy upstairs lounge area opens up to the sunny balcony and has a TV. The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, and a cosy living area with TV are located downstairs giving access to the out door decking overlooking a large fenced rear yard that is perfect for a family game of cricket.

The property also has a carport and free wifi

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
